Plastic Pail Features
Features of Plastic Pail
Plastic pails are small buckets with a lid and a handle. The handle can be made of iron or steel, but a pail usually has these three components made of the same plastic material. Plastic pails with metal handles are typically used for heavier loads. Though the plastic pail seems simple in terms of its appearance and dimensional design, such a product needs to go through several tests, such as stacking test, tensile test, standing leak test, etc., to ensure its quality and performance. The plastic pail is a good container for both liquid and solid items, such as oils, lubricants, paints, inks, coating materials, chemicals, hardware, and even food.

In addition to the easy-to-pull and anti-fake lid, our plastic pails also feature:
- A rust-free plastic handle with a tensile strength of up to 60 kg.
- The double-ring design ensures an airtight, leakage-free seal.
- The anti-fake ring that guarantees the security.
- The shock-resistant material (no calcium carbonate) is for better physical strength. No calcium carbonate was added.
- The solid bottom that does not break apart when dropped on the ground.

Three Pail test methods
- Stacking Test
- Tensile Test
- Standing Leak Test
